I'm still standing…

... after all this time

Well, yesterday I picked up ma second „regular“ lab tests and seems that my therapy is going well. Creatinine clearance is normal. Other values are just like always been, few points above normal.
Next lab results will be with PCR, the most important for my therapy.

So I decided to take some close friends out to dinner.. We went to a nice and quiet restaurant. They took various meals, from sea foods (shells, shrimp, etc). I was in real dilemma what to order. I’m not ...

Live and let die

Yesterday I had a though conversation with somebody who has HBV and who became resistant to old drugs.
It’s a very difficult situation. As I said, he become resistant to old drugs and new drugs that could help him are still not registered in my country. The only option for him is to buy drugs which means that this solution is not an option – more than 500 Euros per month is a price that very few people can afford here and he is certainly not among them.
