Hepatitis C benefit walk
Assemblyman Kenneth Zebrowski died in 2007 at age 61 of liver disease caused by hepatitis C. Now his family is starting a campaign to make the disease more well-known.
The Zebrowskis will hold Rockland County's first Hepatitis C Awareness Walk on Saturday at Congers Memorial Park.
Funds raised at the walk will be donated to two scholarship funds in Zebrowski's name and to hepatitis C research.
